What it is

A short list of local businesses that have done the homework.

The registry exists because most "crypto-friendly" claims do not survive a single follow-up question. Listing is voluntary, free, and held to a clear bar — businesses with documented education, grounded customer policies, or active deployments that NatiCrypto can stand behind.

The goal is small and local: give Cincinnati customers, vendors, and partners a list of businesses they can trust to have thought past the headline.

NatiCrypto does not charge for inclusion and does not guarantee outcomes. Listing is editorial, not endorsement of every product the business offers.

Who qualifies

The bar to be listed.

Likely a good fit

  • Cincinnati or Greater Cincinnati area
  • Completed or scheduled NatiCrypto business education, or documented comparable internal training
  • Grounded customer-facing crypto policy (clear payment terms, custody understanding, refund and dispute approach)
  • Owner or principal contact authorized to represent the business
  • Open to a 10-15 minute call to confirm fit before listing

Not a fit

  • "We accept Bitcoin" without operational understanding of fees, custody, or refunds
  • Marketing-only adoption (logo on site, no actual capability)
  • Pressure-style sales of crypto products to customers
  • Active disputes, regulatory action, or unresolved community-trust issues

Application

Request to be listed.

Share the basics. NatiCrypto reviews each application and follows up with next steps — usually a short call to confirm fit before adding the business to the public list.

Prefer to reach out another way?

Businesses can also request approval through the contact page by selecting "Business services" and noting the registry. Either path reaches the same review queue.

Free to apply. NatiCrypto does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; it does not endorse specific products or guarantee business outcomes.

FAQ

Common questions about the registry.

Is there a fee to be listed?

No. Listing is free. NatiCrypto reviews applications based on fit, not payment.

How long does review take?

Typically one to two weeks. NatiCrypto will follow up to schedule a brief call before publishing the listing.

Can a business be removed from the registry?

Yes. Businesses can request removal at any time. NatiCrypto may also remove listings that no longer meet the bar — for example, if operational practices change materially.

Does inclusion mean NatiCrypto endorses every product or service the business offers?

No. The registry confirms a business has demonstrated crypto-aware operations or completed relevant education. It is not an endorsement of the broader business, its financial position, or specific products.

What does "crypto-friendly" actually mean?

The business has done enough homework to understand what it is doing — payment risk, custody choices, refund policy, customer communication, and operational implications. It does not require accepting crypto payments.

Can businesses outside Cincinnati apply?

The registry's primary focus is Greater Cincinnati. Out-of-area businesses may still apply, but listing decisions prioritize local relevance.
